The design comes as a ready-to-print PDF that can be printed on regular white cardstock, size 8.5x11".
All you have to do is cut and assemble. You can do this by attaching the string with a little piece of tape to the back side. Alternatively, you can punch two holes in the upper corners and pull the string through.

If you like to add the ribbons / tassels you can purchase them at a local craft store or HERE.
